Thank you for your guidance and support.  I did not know what to expect from our personal training sessions but you have shown me just how to eat smartly and it ends up to be so easy.  I had always eliminated food groups to lose weight and you taught me that you need to eat from all the food groups but just make wise choices.  I have eliminated many processed foods and am looking more closely at all the labels and am losing weight (25 lbs) but I don’t feel like I am starving myself.  For the first time I feel like I can eat this way for the rest of my life.  I also wanted to work on my rotator cuff impingement and you helped me with that as well.  With my Pilates classes and my walking schedule I think I can stay active enough to continue to lose weight to get to my goal weight.
